Transforming a Single House into Two Lucrative Flats

In New Cross, we took a three-bedroom house on a busy main road and converted it into two high-value flats, significantly increasing the property’s worth. Originally valued at £400,000, we invested £500,000 into a thoughtful and efficient redevelopment, resulting in two stunning flats - one now worth £700,000 and the other £600,000.

This project came with logistical challenges, particularly in managing material deliveries and site access on a high-traffic road, but our team navigated these obstacles seamlessly. The end result? Two beautifully designed Airbnb-ready dwellings, now generating approximately £4,000 per month each.
